Looking to practice at the top of your license, on your terms? We’re hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing virtual care team. This fully remote role includes both synchronous (video/phone) and asynchronous (message) patient encounters.

You’ll provide evidence-based, compassionate care across a variety of services, including urgent care, medical weight management, primary care, and select specialty programs. If you’re a digitally savvy, board-certified NP with a wide licensure footprint, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments, including histories and physicals

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using clinical guidelines

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Escalate or refer care appropriately using clinical judgment

• Communicate clearly with patients and cross-functional care teams

• Collaborate on initiatives to improve clinical quality and workflows

• Participate in routine chart reviews and feedback cycles

• Stay up to date on telehealth best practices and OpenLoop platform tools

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Education & Certification

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) through ANCC or AANP

Licensure

• Active, unrestricted NP licenses in at least 20 U.S. states

• Residence in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state required

• Preference for candidates with 30+ active licenses

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of NP clinical experience (primary care, urgent care, or family medicine)

• Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred

• Proficient in EMRs, digital care tools, and virtual platforms

• Excellent diagnostic reasoning, documentation, and communication skills

• Spanish fluency is a plus

• Startup or high-growth environment experience is a bonus
